新浪科技讯 北京时间10月12日上午消息，据彭博社报道，为了改善白领员工的工作环境，亚马逊已经启动了一个项目，每天向员工征集反馈，希望以此改进各种不足。
亚马逊的仓储中心员工的待遇之差一直为人诟病，但当《纽约时报》今年早些时候披露其白领员工同样面临严苛的工作环境时，很多人都颇感意外。
例如，由于制定了强制裁员名额，所以亚马逊会鼓励员工相互排挤。但亚马逊及其CEO杰夫-贝佐斯(Jeff Bezos)均否认这一指控。
不过，亚马逊现在似乎在采取一些举动，了解哪些问题对其工作环境产生了不利影响。据彭博社报道，该公司正在扩大一项名为Amazon Connections的内部系统使用范围，以便每天获取办公室的反馈。据报道，该系统每天都会向员工提出问题，借此收集工作满意度、领导能力和培训机会方面的反馈。
这些反馈并非完全匿名，人力资源团队将负责分析反馈，所以他们可以了解反馈的具体来源——但管理层只会看到经过匿名处理的报告。有报道称，该系统是基于去年面向蓝领员工启动的一套系统建立的，目的是改善亚马逊的工作环境，提升员工满意度。(书聿)
