《恶灵骑士》是漫画世界里最独特的奇幻故事之一！”尼古拉斯·凯奇毫不掩饰对原作漫画喜爱之情。这个好莱坞最忠实的漫画收藏家此次终于梦想成真，担纲主演最迷恋的漫画人物，虽然为了出演电影而不得不掩盖掉身上的恶灵骑士纹身，大量时间里也没办法展露脸蛋，但电影的超自然惊悚感和凯奇本人的独特魅力的确是完美契合。

虽然凯奇对电影的评价颇有老王卖瓜的嫌疑，但由执导过《夜魔侠》、熟悉漫画改编领域的马克·斯蒂文·约翰逊再次出任导演，动作大片经验丰富（《刀锋战士》《蝙蝠侠诞生》）的编剧执笔，兼具超自然和现代西部风的赏金恶魔猎手受到相当的关注绝对是自然而然的事。

◇ 简评：

他为挚爱出卖灵魂给恶魔，他在黑夜中化身为恶灵骑士，他顶着燃烧的骷髅头行走，他驾着地狱摩托在人世与地狱间恣意驰骋，呼啸而去的身后留下一道火焰车痕，连路边的树木万物也为之颤抖。在漫画改编热潮中脱胎而出的恶灵骑士，是惊奇漫画迄今为止最“恶魔” 的超级英雄，这个把人间与地狱当成了训练场的家伙，不仅没有天赋异禀的机会，还不得不用地狱力量来拯救苍生。据说，在昔日西部蛮荒之中，就曾有骑着火马奔驰的恶灵骑士，而如今牛仔风味的鬼面摩托车手也自然只是传承恶灵骑士精神。

影片最初本只打算耗用5500万美元的成本，却因为大量的CGI（号称之《终结者2》之后最需要CGI成本的电影角色）、导演加入的恶灵骑士与飞机互搏等等大动作场面，飙升到了1.2亿的投资。虽然对于特效众多的本片来说这并不算巨资，但因重新制作贻误了暑期黄金档期，上映日期移位到相对沉寂的2月之举，即使有索尼公司背后支持，却也堪称一搏。希望除了漫画改编的噱头之外，那个为爱而不惜一切的恶灵骑士，也能在情人节的当口吸引更多的甜蜜情侣。
