锺楚红饰演中学教师兼科幻小说家，阿B锺镇涛则为同校的体育教师，阿B所执教之学校的篮、足球队成绩甚差，校长及校监均感不满，下令他务必赢得校际比赛冠军，否则将撤换教练，令阿B暗暗叫苦。阿B因头痛，误服同事郑则仕及留级生王晶研制之神药，变成超人，惊喜交集之下，阿B凭药力令球队屡次创造奇迹，乃惹起哄动……
